大学本科(简称“大学”)及以上学历,无学位要求

1.bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, management of information systems or a related field 2.be able to read, analyze and interpret hardware and systems management technical manuals and procedures; 3.good written and verbal communications skills in both chinese and english; 4.working experience on the server environment of windows server, linux server or vmware virtualization will be preferred; 5.good understanding of education environment it support; 6.minimum 2 years’ experience in it service of network and computer system support；7.fast problem-solving skills in new situations; 8.ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and also can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; 9.be able to work independently and also be a team-player; 10.possess and display a professional "can do" attitude; 11.keeping learning attitude and self-educate motives; 12.curiosity on root solution and new tools and ideas.
